Château Beychevelle
built in 1565 by Bishop François of Foix-Candale, Beychevelle is considered one of the oldest Châteaux in the Médoc. Today, the estate in the Saint-Julien appellation belongs to the Japanese spirits group Suntory.

The 4ème Grand Cru Classé is very typical of St. Julien. Basically, it is easy to understand without being simple. A wine for hedonists. Ripe, sensual fruit, soft and supple tannins, but highly complex and carrying the proverbial elegance of this appellation. The 2022 is a great example of what has made Bordeaux famous!
