This fruit secco is deep and dark with a gentle sparkle, showing intense aromas of cherry, blueberry, blackberry, underwood, fir, and herbs. The Rhenish Bohnapfel variety contributes fine acidity, while sour cherries balance the fruit sweetness. On the palate, fine tannins and spicy notes make it an excellent companion to food.
