Tenuta Luce Lucente 2023

Lucente is Tenuta Luce's Super Tuscan wine, made from Merlot and Sangiovese grapes. The wine was fermented for 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters and then aged in new and used barriques. The 2023 vintage is intense and profound with a bright ruby red colour in the glass. The wine is reminiscent of ripe blackberries, cherries and red currants, with delicate toasted notes, vanilla and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is juicy, lively, noble and elegant, with ripe, clearly defined, fine-grained tannins and a clear, sensual acidity.
