Winery Tramin Pinot Grigio Südt. DOC 2024
The Ruländer vines grow on slopes between 200 and 400 metres above sea level. The vineyards are characterised by calcareous, loamy to gravelly loam soils and are also exposed to significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. The Pinot Grigio was fermented at a controlled temperature of 19 ?C in steel tanks, where it was also aged. It is a Pinot Gris with alpine freshness and juiciness, floral notes, hints of melon, pear and peach, nuts and hay. On the palate, it is creamy and full-bodied with fine extract on the one hand, and fresh and crisp, piquant and pure on the other.
