Tenuta dell'Ornellaia
The Tuscan winery Tenuta dell'Ornellaia was founded in 1981 by Marchese Lodovico Antinori and in between partly owned by Robert Mondavi. Today it belongs to the wine empire of the Frescobaldi family.

Le Volte is something like the calling card of the world-famous Tenuta dell'Ornellaia. With its three grape varieties, Sangiovese (approx. 44%), Merlot (51%) and Petit Verdot (5%), it is essentially the gateway to the world of "Super Tuscans." A very charming accompaniment to food. Silky tannins, juicy cherry fruit, and a complex structure on the palate provide a real Tuscan feeling!
