Champagne Louis Roederer
Louis Roederer is one of the last great Champagne houses still in family ownership.
Champagne Louis Roederer Collection 246 Brut
The cuvée, which consists mainly of the 2021 vintage (including reserve wines dating back to 2012), is made from Chardonnay (54%), Pinot Noir (35%), and Pinot Meunier (11%) and exudes intense aromas of yellow fruits with a citrus background. The dosage of only 7g leaves enough room for the salty minerality of the terroir and the complexity provided by subtle wood influence. A great, creamy, and complex champagne!
