Château Capbern St. Estèphe 2022
The 2022 Capbern is fresh and fruity, with blackcurrant and black pepper notes accompanied by hints of olive. These are complemented by black cherries, blackberries, dark chocolate and subtle liquorice. It is bold and robust, with fine, slightly dusty tannins and a medium to full body. Given its quality, the 2022 Capbern is a real Saint-Estèphe bargain, whose drinking window is just beginning to open.
