Domaine Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes 2022

Right at the southernmost tip of the appellation, right next to Morgeot, lies the 1er Cru La Boudriotte at the foot of the slope. Just like its neighbour – and in contrast to sites such as Les Ruchottes – this vineyard produces full-bodied, rich Chardonnays with plenty of fruit. This is also the case with the 2022 vintage – the second-hottest year in Burgundy since 1947. Nevertheless, Ramonet has succeeded in preserving the freshness typical of the domaine here too. As usual, this Premier Cru "La Boudriotte' is crystal clear, with plenty of Chardonnay aromas and the typical subtle reductive notes of flint and matchstick.
