Château La Conseillante Pomerol 2025

The new star in the Pomerol sky! For around 10 years now, this estate has been producing one of the most appealing wines in the whole of Bordeaux. The cuvée, comprising 87% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and, for the first time, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, combines concentration, freshness and elegance in an extraordinary way. Black and red cherries, blackberries, violets and rose petals blend with mandarin, exotic fruit notes and subtle spice to create a beguiling bouquet. On the palate, the wine delights with vibrant energy, salty minerality and a dancing lightness. The tannins are ultra-fine, the fruit precise and radiant, whilst the freshness makes the wine seem to float across the palate. For many tasters, one of the absolute highlights of the vintage in Pomerol.
