Champagne Pommery Grand Apanage 1874 Brut Magnum

With the "Grande Apanage 1874 Brut', Pommery celebrates 150 years of Brut champagne and offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the house's style. This cuvée, drawn from the exceptional vintages of 2012, 2015 and 2018, brings together grapes from 17 vineyards, the majority of which are classified as Grand Cru. On the nose, hawthorn, jasmine and ripe citrus fruits blend with delicate notes of acacia honey, brioche and toasted marshmallow. On the palate, the champagne is both creamy and precise, with flavours of white nectarine, lively freshness and delicate minerality. The velvety texture and the long, elegant finish make this cuvée a Brut champagne that is as harmonious as it is complex – particularly impressive in the magnum.
