With the 2023 Gevrey-Chambertin, Benjamin Leroux presents a rich, deep purple Pinot Noir with a bouquet that is initially slightly leafy and hearty. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is medium-bodied, dense, and very well-balanced, with firm yet well-integrated tannins and subtle spice. The dark fruit has a slightly sweet, almost jam-like quality without feeling heavy. The finish once again reveals dark strawberries and hearty nuances.
