A feast for the senses, with sublime notes of apples, pears and citrus fruits, almonds and white blossoms, and a delicate effervescence that blends on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel. A modern sparkling wine made from 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir, with a delicate sweetness, firm acidity and a refined minerality. It has been awarded 95 points by Falstaff.
