Château Poujeaux Moulis 2020
There are no limits to barbecues. And as varied as everything you choose for a barbecue can be, there are no limits to what you can drink with it. Nevertheless, we have opted for a classic combination today. Bordeaux with grilled steaks and lamb - a wonderful combination in which the slightly sweet roasted flavours of the meat go perfectly with the integrated wood and fruit of the Bordeaux.
Our tip: 2020 Château Poujeaux from Moulis-en-Médoc. A classic Médoc straight out of a picture book with power and a clear edge, fruit and structure. A wine that, if the 1855 classification were to be rewritten today, would certainly be classified as a Cru Classé.
