The terroir of Canon is one of the best in the whole of Saint-Émilion and the vineyard is one of the most traditional and important. After extensive replanting, the quality has once again reached the top.

In this vintage of the century, the Château shows all its class. Ripe fruits such as cassis and cherries are joined by refined floral notes such as violets. The wine is infinitely fine and long. Nothing here is overripe or too opulent, only absolute harmony and finesse prevail. A great wine!
