Château Gazin
With an area of 24 hectares, Château Gazin is one of the largest vineyards in Pomerol. The history of the family and its winery dates back to the Middle Ages.
The Château, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Pétrus, shares the same terroir with its famous neighbour and is known for its famous Pomerol power, which may make the wine somewhat unapproachable when young, but gives it plenty of power and a long life. The 2020 vintage contributes greatly to the extraordinary finesse of this wine, which impresses with deep and opulent notes of black cherries and dark chocolate.
