Château Troplong Mondot 1er GCC B St. Emilion 2020
Troplong Mondot seems to have changed his style somewhat. Away from the modern power wine, towards a more elegant traditional style, which he succeeded in doing brilliantly in 2020. Less new wood leads to a wine with more terroir and finesse. It is black berry with floral notes, liquorice and exotic spices. One of the best St. Emilions of the vintage!
