However, this edition of the vinological recipe for success, dedicated to the Roman goddess of the hunt, does not grow near the Atlantic. Diana's vines grow on volcanic rock in Roman Lazio. At an altitude of 200 meters, the cooling thermal winds from the nearby Mediterranean nevertheless ensure elegance and finesse. Diana Nemorensis is fermented and matured in stainless steel, with only a very small proportion of barriques adding the final touch of spice. Soft, flattering tannins, intense fruit of plum, redcurrant and cranberry, surrounded by vanilla, clove and dark chocolate form the flavor chord on the palate.
