La Chapelle comes from one of the most famous vineyards in the world: Hermitage. Some of the Domaine's Syrah vines are located in the immediate vicinity of the chapel of the same name, which offers a breathtaking view over the Rhône valley. The wine itself is a legend among Rhône wines. 100% Syrah from up to six different terroirs on the Hermitage hill result in a powerful, complex and long-lasting wine with flavours of black berries, spices and tobacco. Intense fruit on the attack and fine truffle notes on the finish accompany this monument through its long life! 98+/100 WA
