From the great 2021 vintage, an expressive and downright racy Grüner Veltliner was created here in the Kremstal, which has a high level of complexity and minerality, especially due to the vines, some of which are over 100 years old! The intense aromas of yellow fruits such as quince and orange, underpinned with a fine spiciness, end in a long finish. Try this wine with baked asparagus or asparagus à la polonaise with butter crumbs.
