The most powerful of Saint Cosme's three Gigondas single vineyards is made from 100% Grenache. Despite its power and density, the wine has a cool flavour and plenty of finesse. Thanks to the discreet wood ageing, it retains its fine dark fruit and never seems overloaded despite its race. It is one of the most sought-after wines of the southern Rhône!
