Château de Saint Cosme Gigondas Le Poste 2021
This wine from a single vineyard in Gigondas with Grenache vines that are over 50 years old impresses above all with its spicy black liquorice, ripe fruit and very well-integrated tannins. The result is an extremely complex overall picture: race, finesse, flesh and flavour. This is where Grenache can show what this sometimes Burgundian grape variety is capable of!
