Château Pape Clément
Yes, you are right, because the name says it all: this vineyard belonged to a pope, more precisely to Clement V - and that was at the beginning of the 14th century.
Château Pape Clement Cru Classé de Grave 2022
The wine inspires with an intense aroma of blackberry, iodine and crushed stones. There is also a hint of black pepper and graphite. It has a full body and medium, fine tannins that have a supple texture and open up in the mouth. Iodine and iron undertones whet the appetite for more.
