The 2016 "St. Henri? is the archetype of a South Australian Shiraz and easily stands alongside the legendary vintages of 1986 and 1976. This wine is always matured in neutral oak, with a focus on purity of fruit and florality. Only 690 cases were produced. It recalls black fruits, espresso, olive tapenade, chocolate, bouquet garni, bay leaf, mint, earth, and stone. Superb balance, depth, concentration, minerality, earthiness, length, and spice define this outstanding wine.
