100% Chardonnay matured in 100% new French barriques is the core data for the vinification of the DAOU "Estate Chardonnay'. Maximum density on the palate, a highly complex structure with an almost profound depth of flavour are the result of this vinification philosophy. This wine offers everything you would expect from an overseas Chardonnay matured in wood - exotic fruit, aromatic opulence, dense and creamy texture - in perfect abundance and lavish fullness. Its fresh acidity skilfully counteracts this and provides structure right into the end of the long finish.
