Winery Stiegelmar Rosé 2023
This rosé is a juice extraction from approx. 50-year-old Zweigelt vines (approx. 50%) and 25% each of Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon. After a short maceration period, the juice was fermented at a controlled temperature and matured in stainless steel. The bright rosé with light bronze reflections smells of wild strawberries, raspberries and gooseberries. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and fruity, balanced and lively.
