Château Ducru-Beaucaillou
The Grand Cru Classé Château Ducru-Beaucaillou in the Médoc appellation Saint-Julien has existed since 1720. It has been in the hands of the Borie family since 1942 and now for three generations.
Ducru Beaucaillou has once again produced a hedonistic masterpiece. Unlike its eternal rival Leoville Las Cases in the immediate vicinity, the 2ème Cru from St. Julien is always a wine that focuses on sensuality and opulent fruit. But this is always done in an incredibly elegant and refined way. A great Ducru and a great charmer!
