Château Beau-Séjour Bécot
Founded in the Middle Ages by the Order of St Martin, the vineyard was acquired by Michel Bécot in 1969 and has seen many changes. But today the wines of Beau-Séjour Bécot are better than ever.
Château Beau Sejour Becot 1er GCC B St. Emilion 2023
The major changes at Beau-Séjour Bécot in recent years have ensured that the outstanding terroir is once again coming into its own, that this 1er Cru is returning to its roots...to fine, silky St. Emilion elegance! The 2023 exudes this elegance and great balance. Dark fruit, liquorice and spices are already apparent on the nose. The soft tannins caress the palate and a hint of minerality gives the wine complexity and juicy freshness. If you combine all this with the (still) moderate price, you quickly come up with one of THE price-performance winners! Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
