Château Beau-Séjour Bécot
Founded in the Middle Ages by the Order of St Martin, the vineyard was acquired by Michel Bécot in 1969 and has seen many changes. But today the wines of Beau-Séjour Bécot are better than ever.
Château Beau Séjour Bécot 1er GCC B St. Emilion 2025
Château Beau-Séjour Bécot 2025 impressively confirms the rise of this historic Saint-Émilion estate to the very pinnacle of the appellation. On the nose, dark berries, plums and pomegranate meet floral notes of iris, lilac, rose petals and lavender, complemented by subtle hints of mint, white pepper and chalk. On the palate, the wine is deep, concentrated and multi-layered, yet characterised by freshness and precision. The chalky soils lend it a mineral and salty tension that carries the long finish. The finest tannins, aromatic purity and exceptional balance make the 2025 vintage one of the outstanding wines of the year and a Beau-Séjour Bécot for decades to come. Vinous awards it "up to 100 points'!
