Opus One Winery
When the centuries-long history of French epicurean culture is paired with the American idea of unlimited possibilities, it could result in a great wine - for example Opus One, one of the most highly priced red wines from California.
Opus One Napa Valley 2022
In this highly complex vintage, it was important to harvest before the major heatwave in September, as some high-ranking wineries fell victim to the weather and did not even release a 2022 vintage. Opus One did everything right. The enormously powerful 2022, in the typical velvety style of Opus One, delights with its lush yet elegant fruit and a high degree of finesse and balance. A great vintage from Opus!
