Louis Roederer Champagne Collection 246 Brut
The cuvée, which consists mainly of the 2021 vintage (including reserve wines dating back to 2012), is made from Chardonnay (54%), Pinot Noir (35%), and Pinot Meunier (11%) and exudes intense aromas of yellow fruits with a citrus background. The dosage of only 7g leaves enough room for the salty minerality of the terroir and the complexity provided by subtle wood influence. A great, creamy, and complex champagne!
