The 2016 vintage is one of the most elegant and complete Unicos of the last decade. 96% Tinto Fino and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon blend to create a monument of singular grandeur. It displays the typical Unico nose, highly complex and as deep as the Mariana Trench, followed by great energy and tension on the palate. And finally, that powerful yet elegant tannin structure, which can only be achieved through a long ageing period. Already seductive, the 2016 vintage will only reveal its true class in ten years' time. And will surely continue to improve for a further three to four decades.
