International wine critics describe notes of brioche, candied lemon, Granny Smith apple and orange peel, alongside floral notes such as jasmine, herbs like mint and juniper, chalky notes and oyster shell. One might think this is hardly out of the ordinary for a prestige champagne? Actually. Because the Cuvée S has a little more of everything. It is more complex, more intense, more mineral, deeper, longer. It is already seductively accessible, yet undoubtedly has remarkable ageing potential.
