Winery Knewitz Weißburgunder Réserve Magnum 2024
The 2024 Pinot Blanc comes mainly from the Eselspfad and Bauhaus vineyards; it was gently pressed, fermented naturally and aged in stainless steel and large oak barrels. The Knewitz brothers know how to capture the essence of the grape variety and its terroir, the Welzbachtal, in an unpretentious wine that is both elegant and easy to drink. An estate wine par excellence: fragrant with notes of broom and jasmine, apricot and peach, pear, almond and a hint of brioche. Creamy on the palate, supported by a fine, elegant acidity that lends freshness and vitality.
