This sparkling wine, made using the Ancestrale or Rurale method, is a wonderful, distinctive introduction to the world of Böhme & Töchter. The "Rurale? is made from Müller-Thurgau and combines its floral, slightly nutmeg-like aromas with the freshness of a naturally sparkling wine that was bottled during fermentation. The aroma reveals notes of apple, pear, citrus zest, and white flowers, complemented by subtle yeast notes and a hint of herbs. On the palate, the 2024 vintage is juicy, dry, and invigorating, with lively bubbles and a slightly creamy texture resulting from contact with the yeast.
