The 2025 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo comes from the biodynamically farmed vineyards of Valle Reale in Popoli and Capestrano. The higher elevation, proximity to the Gran Sasso, and unique soils result in a significantly cooler profile than in many other parts of Abruzzo. Spontaneously fermented and aged primarily in stainless steel, the wine initially reveals notes of lemon sorbet, green melon, chamomile, and fresh mint. On the palate, white stone fruit, delicate herbal notes, and a mineral-salty undertone come to the fore. The lively acidity keeps the wine taut and fresh, while the fruit becomes increasingly juicy.
