Domaine Ballott Millot Winery

Domaine Ballott Millot is located in the village of Meursault on the Côte de Baune.

The roots of the family-run business go back to the 17th century. Today, Charles Ballot, who represents the 15th generation and previously gained experience in New Zealand and California, manages the vineyard.

When Charles took over the management in 200, a clear course towards sustainability was set, even if there is no certification: no chemical plant protection, work according to the phases of the moon, and as little intervention as possible overall. Vinification takes place very slowly and gently - with spontaneous fermentation in barrels, no battonage, no filtration and no clarification.

The approximately 12 hectares of vineyards are spread across prestigious locations such as Meursault itself, Chassagne-Montrachet, Volnay, Pommard and Beaune.
