Domaine de Chevalier blanc Cru Classé de Graves 2019
The "Chevalier" is the white Bordeaux that is always most reminiscent of great Burgundy, especially when ripe. The 2019 vintage is no different. Crystal-clear fruit, light and dancing on the tongue and blessed with a minerality that is almost reminiscent of a Saar Riesling à la Egon Müller make it a great experience ... always. Anyone who loves great white Bordeaux must have it in their cellar!
