Winery Rudolf Fürst Centgrafenberg GG Spätburgunder 2019

Franken, Germany, Rotwein, Spätburgunder
0.75 l

When it comes to Germany's most famous Pinot Noir vineyards, the Centgrafenberg in Bürgstadt is the first choice. The iron-rich minerality of the red sandstone soil and a slope gradient of up to 40% are the basis for fine and complex Pinots. Finesse and finely spiced elegance are the themes of the 2019s. The raspberry and cassis fruit typical of Pinot Noir is accompanied by black pepper, delicate rose petals, nutty notes and the minerality of the red sandstone. 18 months of ageing in small wood weave all of this into a highly refined yet densely spicy whole. Parker juror STEPHAN REINHARDT awarded this wine an impressive 96 points.
