Saint Cosme Côte Rotie 2021
Domaine Saint Cosme is primarily known for its Grenache wines from the southern Rhône, but also owns parcels on the outstanding terroir of the Côte Rôtie. Thanks to the cool weather, the 2021 vintage of the single-varietal Syrah is lean at the beginning and wonderfully fine and elegant with just 12.5 % alcohol. The profound wine continues the flavours into the long, complex finish, which is rounded off by silky tannins.
