In some vintages, Clerc Milon comes quite close to its big brother Mouton Rothschild. The style is also always similar, albeit a touch slimmer. This year, a highly elegant, very precise and extremely harmonious Pauillac was produced at the very highest level. You could almost ask yourself the question: Why Mouton when I can have Clerc Milon... even almost. A great achievement! 95-96 JS
