LEVIN Rosé is a single-varietal Syrah whose fruit was harvested in the early morning hours, physiologically ripe but as early as possible, to guarantee clear acidity with as little sugar content as possible. This alcohol-free wine has a typical coral-coloured rosé hue. It has aromas of red currants, raspberries and plums combined with a hint of watermelon, pomelo and passion fruit. This Syrah produces a fascinating array of aromas. It should be noted that this is not a wine from which the alcohol has been removed, but one that has been fermented but has never produced alcohol itself. On the palate, LEVIN Rosé combines delicate red fruit with a silky texture, lively acidity and subtle sweetness. The result is very well balanced.
