Jerez wine-growing region

The wines of the Jerez region are characterised by their unique texture and flavour profiles, which vary from dry (Fino) to sweet (Pedro Ximénez). The solera system guarantees consistent quality and complexity.

The Jerez wine region is located in the south-west of Spain, in the Andalusia region, close to the Atlantic coast. It is best known for its city of Jerez de la Frontera, which is considered the heart of the sherry-producing region.

The climatic conditions and soils such as Albariza favour the cultivation of the Palomino grape.
