White wine

The range of white wines is huge and there are virtually no limits to the variety of grape varieties. The juice of the green, yellow or even bronze-coloured grapes can be drunk young and fresh, dry, off-dry, sweet or sweet. There are also deep, complex white wines that are aged in wooden barrels and can mature for a decade or more. Pese Wein offers young, single-varietal white wines as well as great Bordeaux cuvées and more.

The history of the Malat winery in Kremstal dates back to the 18th century. This means almost 300 years of wine knowledge, from which Michael Malat still benefits today: "Because every vintage is different, there is no recipe. When it comes to upcoming decisions, the experiences of the predecessors are very helpful. Maybe someone had a similar situation, tried something - and the result is handed down."
