Pinot Blanc was Markus Schneider's first single-varietal Burgundy variety. As with most of Schneider's wines, the focus is on fruit and freshness. Crisp apple and ripe pear, surrounded by citric notes and a hint of lychee and white flowers. This white Palatinate is a versatile accompaniment to everything from pasta with seafood to grilled fish and blanquette de veau.
