Clos de L'Oratoire
Since 2012, the Clos de L'Oratoire vineyard has been a Grand Cru Classé and thus one of the top wines in Saint-Émilion. This is thanks to none other than the visionary Stephan Graf von Neipperg and his team.
In the past, Châteauneuf du Pape was often known as a heavy, opulent red wine. The Clos de l'Oratoire winery proves that there is another way. In its 2019, this very old traditional winery shows just how complex, elegant and fresh a Châteauneuf can be. The nose already reveals red berries and a fascinating floral note of rose petals. Juicy and firm on the palate, it shows its origins in the Rhône Valley. But everything remains on a gentle and elegant line with plenty of finesse. An amazing wine that is so much fun!
