Weingut Wieninger Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC 2025

The Vienna Gemischter Satz DAC is "the' speciality and the estate's calling card. For the 2025 vintage, twelve grape varieties are grown together in the vineyards on the Bisamberg and Nussberg, including Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Riesling and Neuburger. They are harvested together, pressed after around three hours of maceration and fermented in stainless steel. The cool late summer of 2025 has produced a particularly fragrant, fresh wine: floral notes, yellow fruit, a hint of blossom honey, lemon and a touch of grapefruit, accompanied by juicy stone fruit, a delicate, slightly peppery spice and lively acidity. Elegant, light-footed and very easy to drink – Vienna can be so charming!
