In 2021, Toni Bodenstein has once again produced an outstanding wine from the unique vineyard with 110 different old Grüner Veltliner genetics, which he wisely planted in 1997 at 380 meters above sea level. The wine is fresh and cool with great minerality and salinity, notes of zest and herbs, but also slightly tropical hints and pome fruit. The wine, which is already a pleasure to drink, certainly has two decades of ageing potential. The FALSTAFF awarded it 98 to 100 points!
