Domaine Huet Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu demi-sec 2020
The wines from this single vineyard Le Haut Lieu produce intense, delicately fruity wines which, despite their fine sweetness, are very balanced, almost playfully light on the tongue thanks to their crisp acidity and fruit and their fine minerality. Le Haut Lieu is always the site where Chenin Blanc is reminiscent of Mosel Kabinett in its combination of playfulness, fruit, minerality and acidity.
