This Sauvignon Blanc is no less than the most important Sauvignon of the Tement winery, the calling card and the foundation of its success. The Sauvignon Blanc comes from 55 parcels, including the Zieregg, Grassnitzberg, Sernau, Hochkittenberg, Eckberg, Wielitsch, Sulztal, Ottenberg and Kranachberg vineyards. The wine has a beguiling aroma with fresh, juicy and ripe notes reminiscent of lemons and limes, herbs, tonic and pear. There are also notes of blackcurrant and elderberry. The wine is extremely fresh, balanced, mouthwatering and chalky. Impressive, what is offered here as "basic quality?.

The Tement family winery is located both in Styria and on the Slovenian side. But there is a common idea for both parts: father Manfred Tement and his sons Armin and Stefan are concerned with clearly bringing out the differences of each site.
