Domaine Xavier Monnot is one of the best-known wineries in the Côte de Beaune. Between Beaune and Maranges, the sixth generation of the family is now involved in winegrowing. Xavier took over the domaine in 1994 after studying oenology, and from the beginning he pursued the goal of sustainably increasing quality through a new combination of traditional and modern methods.
